We facilitate your access to airline systems and authorized third-party booking providers on your behalf, providing guidance and processing support for reservations, changes, cancellations, and passenger name corrections.
Aviqa has no affiliation, partnership, or endorsement relationship with any airline. Airline names referenced on this website are for identification purposes only. All airline trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
We charge a flat assistance fee per completed request, separate from airline fares, fare differences and airline-imposed penalties. The fee is disclosed in writing and approved by you before any transaction is processed. Quotes are free. Details: Charges & Fees.
You agree to provide accurate passenger information matching government-issued identification, review all details before confirming a booking or change, and maintain current contact information. Aviqa is not liable for issues arising from user-supplied errors.
Aviqa is not liable for airline operational decisions — including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding — or outcomes produced by third-party systems beyond our direct control. Our role is limited to facilitation and advocacy within each airline's rules.
Cancellation and refund handling follows our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility and amounts are determined by the airline's fare rules and applicable regulations.
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
