Aviqa charges a flat assistance fee per completed request. The exact amount depends on the type of request (booking, change, cancellation, or name correction) and is always shown to you in writing before you confirm. Quotes are free — you pay nothing just to see options.
Ticket prices, fare differences (for changes), seat fees, baggage fees and upgrades are set entirely by the airlines. These amounts are passed through at cost — we never inflate them.
Change penalties, cancellation charges and name-correction costs follow each airline's published fare rules. Before any action, we tell you which airline fees apply to your specific ticket so your total cost is clear upfront.
Only after you explicitly approve the full quoted total — airline amount plus our disclosed assistance fee — do we process anything. Nothing is ever charged automatically, and no payment is taken for quotes alone.
If we're unable to complete a service you've paid for (for example, an airline rejects a correction we submitted), our assistance fee for that request is refunded. Airline-side refunds follow the airline's own policy — see our Refund Policy.
